You guys, I have a slight obsession with Too Faced lately. They have become one of my favorite brands recently and I have been loving every single product I own by them. I adore their packaging, the quality of their products and most of all the fact that they're cruelty-free! The only downside is that they are on the pricey side, but I think they're totally worth it! Since my mom went to the US a few weeks ago, I decided to order their new Sweethearts Bronzer and try out one of the new Melted Matte liquid lipsticks.
The Sweethearts Bronzer comes in the most adorable heart-shaped cardboard packaging. Although it is made out of cardboard, the compact still feels sturdy and durable, I just wouldn't necessarily take it traveling with me. The lid is turquoise with beautiful golden details on it. This design reminds me a lot of Ladurée.
This bronzer has a baked color formula, which means you can easily build it up without it looking cakey or unnatural. It has a beautiful sheen to it, but there are no chunks of glitter.
Sweet Tea comes with a lighter gold beige side and a darker brewed tea bronze side. You can mix both of them together or apply them separately for a more custom shade.

As you can see by looking at these swatches, the pigmentation and color pay-off is on point. It has a beautiful dewy and glowy finish, without being overly glittery.
This bronzer adds such a pretty dewiness and glow to the skin and it's the perfect bronze goddess bronzer for Summer. The texture is very soft, but since this is a baked formula it's not so buttery or smooth. It's just very soft and it doesn't feel too powdery.
I would stay this bronzer lasted about 6-7 hours on me before it started to fade just a little.
I just can't get over how cute this heart-shaped packaging looks! Definitely an eye-catcher and perfect vanity decor piece!
Although Too Faced claims Sweet Tea would work on all skin tones, I don't think it would show up that much on darker skin tones to be honest. It's definitely perfect for those of you with pale to light, to medium and medium-dark skin tones in my opinion.

Next we have the Melted Matte Liquified Matte Long Wear Lipstick which comes in a beautiful triangular shaped clear bottle. I think this packaging is quite unique and different and I really like the overall look of it. The cap is gold, with 'TF' engraved on it. The 'melted matte' on the front is also engraved on the tube, which makes this even more unique. I'm just a sucker for anything (rose)gold, so you can imagine I'm just obsessed with this packaging.
The only downside of this gorgeous packaging is that it won't fit into any lipstick or lipgloss holders and they're a little bit harder to store.
Cool Girl is a muted soft taupe nude with rosy tones and a matte finish. I think this is the perfect cool-toned nude, that is a little bit on the darker side.
The formula of the Melted Matte is quite liquid when you initially apply it to your lips, but it dries down to a complete matte finish. It does emphasize fine lines just a tiny tiny bit, but most liquid lipsticks tend to do that on me and with this one it's very subtle. I think it feels very lightweight on the lips and it stayed on mine for about 6 hours before fading just a little. You can easily reapply it without having to take all of it off, which is definitely great when you're on the go.
I find that it's best to apply a very thin layer of this, since the formula is quite opaque and it won't tend to settle in fine lines as much.
This liquid lipstick has a pretty standard sponge dough-footh applicator, and I don't have any problem using it to apply this lipstick. It has a slight angle that makes the application very effortless.

I'm so happy to say that I'm super pleased with both of these products. The Sweet Tea bronzer is just the perfect bronzing shade for me, and I love how it has a little bit of fine sparkle in it. The Melted Matte in Cool Girl looks stunning on my skin-tone, and I'm in love with this formula. Although it does start to crack a little bit after a while, I find it really comfortable and I don't mind the cracking that much since it's very subtle and I have that problem with all of my liquid lipsticks.
