Lately I've been on the hunt for some simple and basic eyeshadows that are perfect for applying in the crease. I have so many light shimmery shades that I use all the time on my eyelids, but I could use a few more crease-shades. One of those shadows that I bought specifically for creasing is this matt eyeshadow by Catrice in Jump Up And Brown. I have already reviewed 2 shades of these more recent additions to their collection, which you can read all about here. That's why I won't go in depth here in this post about the quality, I just wanted to share with you how the color looks.
Jump Up And Brown is darker brown shades with a kaki undertone. Depending on how heavy you apply this shade, it can either look more brown or kaki. This shadow is absolutely gorgeous and it's the most perfect crease shade for a more intense look. Do keep in mind that these shadows are very pigmented, so don't go applying heavy handed with these ones. The texture is so smooth and not powdery at all, it's super creamy and soft.
I am a huge fan of the matt eyeshadows by Catrice and I couldn't recommend them enough! By now I own 3 shades out of the 6, and I might get another one very soon. You can get your hands on one of these shadows at Catrice counters and online for €3,99 (3,5g) which is ridiculously inexpensive for such high quality eyeshadows.
