Action Max & More Mineral Blush in 'Brown' | Review & Swatches

I used to think Action makeup was cheap looking and crapy, without ever giving it a try. How judgmental of me. But then one day, for some strange reason, I decided to try one of their mineral blushes. Retailing for only 99 cents, I thought I would give it a try. If I didn't like the blush, it wouldn't be the end of the world, considering it was that cheap. And even so, these aren't first world problems anyway haha!

First off, the packaging. It's OK. But considering I only payed 99 cents, I can live with OK. It feels cheap, but I like how it has a mirror under the actual blush and a little (crappy) brush. It does take up quite some space in my makeup collection, but on the other hand, it's perfect for on-the-go.

I picked up the color Brown, which is a super pretty dark pink. It doesn't have glitter in it, yet it's not completely matte either. The formula is talc-free and has no fragrance in it. OHMYGOD, I thought I would absolutely hate this blush, but actually it's such a good quality blush and I'm in love with the effect it gives on my cheeks. It adds the most beautiful dewy and glowy look to my face and the pigmentation is intense.

I would recommend using a light hand with this blush, since it is highly pigmented and adding more if necessary. This blush is absolutely stunning and it applied so nicely. The texture is not too powdery and it stayed on my cheeks the entire day, without a hint of fading!! For only 99 cents, this is a huge winner for me.

I would recommend this blush to anyone! It's a color that would look good on any skin-tone and the formula is amazing. Oh, and did I mention it's only 99 cents???

Max & More Mineral Blush is available at Action for €0,99 (4,3g).
