Hey loves! Happy friday! My day was pretty hectic, I hope yours went well? In today's post I wanted to talk about a fairly new product: the Color Riche lip glosses by L'oréal. They were released in the USA not so long ago, and for once we didn't have to wait an eternity for these to be available here in Belgium. I bought mine while I was on vacation in Orlando and it seems as if they used other names here in our country. I really don't understand the point of that, but it is what it is :)
This collection has a variety of colors, 7 to be precise. They range from nude to orange to mauve. They feel so comfortable on the lips, almost like a lip-balm. They have the intensity of a lipstick but with a glossy finish of a lipgloss. These have a faint smell, but it's not really noticeable once applied to the lips. The applicator is a dough-foot sponge, super easy to apply with its flexible brush.
Nude Ballet (comparable to Nude Vibrato here in our region) is a creamy nude shade. It has a subtle peachy/brown undertone. It's the prefect shade to wear with any makeup look! The consistency is super creamy and it feels soft on the lips. Only downside: it tends to get into the fine lines on your lips. The lasting power is so-so, about 2-3 hours.
L'oréal Color Riche L'Extraordinaire cost €15,99 (5,5 ml). In the USA these cost $9,99 which is crazyyyyyy!! These make my lips feel super soft and they are very comfortable to wear. The packaging is also amazing, making it easy to see the color.
